    Your opinions, please

    Hi guys,

First of all congrats for the excellent work carried here. This is what Porsche is all about. Thanks

I am new here and for a start I need your urgent help to made my decision:

I have in one hand a black 1970T with a 2.4T engine and in the other hand a light ivory 1969S (2.0), both in excellent conditions. Of course the black is half the price and in case I buy she will become a kind of hot rod upon pay a visit to my mechanic. The ivory is to be kept (more or less, at least) original as is. The intention is to go to the word of Regularity Rallies.

What should I do? Which one would you buy?

    PS – Meanwhile, I still enjoying my 1986 930.
PS – My apologizes for my English writing

If there is no financial restriction I would go for the S. The price of the T might approach the S once you are done at your mechanic and if you ever come to sell it, it will be still a T.

Your English is excellent, much better than my Portugese!

    Which car has less rust?

If all things are equal (especially rust) definitely go with the S for long-term values and on-sale.

If you want a 'bespoke' or custom hot-rod just for you with no intention of selling, then the T is great.

The last time that happened was when I got all the pictures of the rust I was going to have to deal with....I assume you mean in a different fashion right?

    I'd go with the "S"....

I have both.... 73T 3.2L HotRod and 69 Ivory S; Push comes to shove the S would be the keeper......
