    68 911 L rear brake calipers ?

    Does anyone know what rear calipers are on a 68L? They look like 912 rear calipers with a spacer for vented rotors. The pistons are 38mm. I tried ate part# 13.0441-3502.2 but the inner seal broke upon installation. So either I made a mistake installing or they are the wrong pieces. I just did the front brakes with no problem. Any ideas would help.

    Do a search for wide L rear calipers. Neunelfer (Eric / PMB performance) has posted a nice thread about the L / S calipers.

    Did you compare the piston seal size diameter of the old vs. new? Sounds like maybe the wrong kit and seal diameter.

    38 mm piston is correct for the wide L

    The L model had the same suspension and brakes as the S, as does all sporto models.
