    Idaho Speed Trap!

I got pulled over for speeding in Idaho, 42 in a 25. I know that Idaho will report to California DMV. Does anybody know anything about these oust of state tickets? Can you go to traffic school or ? The Idaho DMV was completely useless and said to contact CA. DMV? Who knows the ins and outs of this? Ill be back in CA and cannot appear in ID court

    Stac,

As far as I know, when a state has DMV reciprocity with another, your licensing state can set the fine and mitigation for the state the infraction was committed in.

Pick up a speeding ticket in Florida years ago and took traffic school here.....

But wait a couple of days for them to get it in the system.....
