A question about the Rear bumper trim

Any ideas about getting the rear bumper trim to fit the profile of the bumper better, other then a BFH?

It's OEM trim. Any ideas before I ruin it TIA

Are you sure its O.E.M. ?? I suspect you may have been possibly mislead ! I installed aftermarket 'S' bumper deco ONCE!! Never again. I have the original trim reanodized now, just for this very reason. I suspect you're having trouble getting the trim to match the corner profile of the bumper. I seem to remember pushing down on it to open up the arc then reforming the arc over large diameter pipe. I did finally get it to fit. I found it positively amazing that whoever (or what ever country) couldn't make a piece of aluminum match a correct arc!! I would have been glad to pay more for a correct fit!

I'll try to decrease the bend a bit.

It is OEM considering the condition of it when I removed it for refinishing.

You are correct it's just the corner about an inch, I'll see if I can get it to fit any better, thanks for the reply
