    Steering Wheel Guys - Momo GT info ?

    Picked up this MOMO GT - Kind of 911R style with a dish today from a guy selling parts off his BMW 1600. Just wondering if you can give me info on years it was available. Didn't pay a lot, but just curious as to it's vintage, etc. It's 14 inches in diameter.

    Mine is late 70s. Cost me $85 with a solid 230 hub.

    Hi Sam... based on the logo, it could be from 1975ish on... as Rick indicated, it's probably late '70s early '80s

    Mark's right - I've seen them in catalogs from the 80's. Really nice, rarely found. I think they were only sold for a year or so in the US due to Grant also selling a GT wheel.
    This wheel is still available from a vintage wheel specialist in France - Domwheels. He has a stock of new ones done by Momo in the early 90's for a project that didn't pan out; about $300 in silver, known as 'Italie'.
