    Price check NOS NLA Distributor 0 231 159 001

    Hi, I got my hands on a NOS Bosch Distributor 0 231 159 001 for MY 68.
I've checked with Bosch today, they have it still listed online but it is NLA from Bosch Classic also no plans on reproduction.
Last price from Bosch when available was 635 Euro.
Would it be ok to ask the same?
    Cheers

    It's a free world, so I would guess it's OK to ask 635 euro's.

Also compared to buying an used unit and have that rebuild, it's not that much way out of line.

    Uli,

Is this a cast-iron distributor with a vacuum retard? That would be a one year only part for 1968. I think I have seen maybe one of those for sale, and not wanting to torture myself by restoring a 68 with all its one-year-only parts, I passed.
