The partners are in the process of rationalizing a bunch of business loose-ends from the merger of the old Jerry Woods Enterprises, Morspeed, and Smart Racing Products companies. There's a new website not mentioned in the thread:

A good thing. They are literally untangling intertwined businesses. The folks at JWE and Lizard MS are going strong -- and still working together, as their recent Thunderhill 25 win attests.
