    Hello Holland and Germany

Europeans are buying cars off of this board and Pelican, which is really cool. I am curious what equivalents are most popular in Germany. I think there are parts and cars that may be unpopular there but popular in the US. I think it may be less expensive to ship a car over the pond tan from Orlando to Seattle, for example.

Shipping from Los Angeles to The Netherlands costs at least 2K in Euro's (inlcuding getting the car on and off the boat, and out of the container, through cutsoms, etc....) Way more expensive than shipping domestic in the USA.

As for what's popular... I think there's not much difference.......

My friend Barwaut would disagree with you. He loves his targa.

There are folks with open cars in Holland. They are called optimists.

I often see more longhood Targa's around than Coupe's over here (Holland).
Or at least much more than you would expect based on built numbers.
    912's are 1:10 for Targa's/Coupe's

I really don't think there's a difference in taste for body type between the Germans and Dutch.

My parents were born and grew in Holland but I was born in Australia, I don't really like Targas.

Not sure that this adds much to the discussion, just saying:-)
