    ZF sport purpose supplement

Does anybody have the ZF supplement to the 67 sport purpose document. My copy alludes to several additional supplements some of which are included but the ZF portion is missing. A scan would be great, I don't expect anyone would split up their original document.

Digging through my boxes I found this, does anybody know if it's the same supplement which should be attached to the bulletin?

    Hello Andy
I have a ZF ltd. slip for my 914 6 and would love to have a copy of that document.
Would you be kind enough to copy it and send it to me ? I hope it is not too much to ask.
    Thank you
