Tomorrow morning looks to be perfect especially after the gloom and doom winds, hail and tornados from yesterday. Get there and we can park together.
See you there.
Bill

Thanks Bill,
We had a good turn out of 911S Registry members: Bryce, Mark, Gill, Bill, and me. I talked to three other guys that use this forum, and they agreed to join as members. They already enjoy the specific tech (and the comments in the FS threads ).
The location:

I am going to suggest that Bill appoint Bryce as the Georgia Region Technical Director. He is our expert.
If you would like to talk Porsche cars for 3-4 hours, this is the place to be. They can offer help on the location of parts (or a car). We usually park together (there are another 150-350 cars).
Bryce's car can attract 356's:
And what about this original 1971 911E?
We had another Carrera in our group:
The next date is 4-1-12.

Bill,
And a 1970 911S was not delivered from the factory with a 1972 911E engine? Go figure.A dubious 70S for sale
And, BTW, I'll trade you a set of proper Fuchs wheels for those spare-tire wheels on your car.
Bill,Docs 72 RS Cloney
It's a 1973 RS cloney. And in the fastest color (Gemini Blue).
And a simple engine:
You better watch out when a longhood Gemini clone is in your rear-view mirror.

Doc,
Technical Director? I learned everything I know from Ed Mayo's posts
Did you ever see that picture of you and I on the 'I love my 911' tumblr blog, standing around that Martini tribute car back in Feb?

And a shout out to Mark as I know he is stoked that his car is finally running right after some heavy duty fiddling by the right guy.
Gil,
What does it take to get you to bring a few more of your umpteen early 911s to C&O? All I've ever seen is the SWT and that RS 4.0... By my math, you need to bring two 2.0 911s next time as replacement for that new RS
Michael P. need not be concerned about the open FS posts on S Reg with his cars. They would get snatched up quick... check that. If I had another garage space, I wouldn't let them get posted FS anywhere and work out something with him if he ever wanted to sell
His recent purchase (orange car above): a one owner 71E, matching unopened engine, with that original orange paint and ideal shut lines simply needs a deep cleaning... what a find!
And his beautiful Light Yellow 73S is as good as it gets (pic from Jan event)
