    Factory Delivery Video

George Vaccaro, a 912 registry member, picked up his 67 slate grey coupe at the factory, and then took a trip through Europe in his new car before shipping it back home to the bay area. he took 8mm footage of the factory and his trip. He recently transferred the video to the digital age and posted to youtube and posted it on the 912bbs.. it is really cool stuff to see these cars at the factory, being driven around and picked up by new owners, footage of some of the factory workers and people building these great cars.

anyways i posted the youtube footage on my blog recently and figured everyone would want to check it out

    Very fun video Harry.
Thanks for sharing. I love the looks on the faces of the folks waiting to pick up their cars. Man, I'd be excited too.

Thank you for sharing this! The city scene at 7:43 is the center of Salzburg, my hometown. I drive down that street a few times a week, it’s a small world indeed.

Great! Thanks for sharing that. What did the owner do with the 100 bucks he didn't have to spend on a COA?

I think he probably invested it on griots garage products. dude is a concourse winning machine.. super nice car too, possibly one of the nicest original examples out there. I havent met him in person, but seems like a super nice guy on the forums.
