Want to trade my '65-68 lowback seats (vinyl and pepita) for '69-73 seats w/headrests

EDIT: I uploaded the wrong photo of the pepita seats. The photos are very similar...sorry for the mistake! The seats shown now are correct. They are 5 pleat seats!

    Hi All,

I have a '73.5 911 Targa that has some 80s recaros in it, and I'd like to put the proper seats back in it.

By parting out two cars I've ended up with two pair of lowback '65-68 seats...one set of pepitas and one set of vinyl. No headrests (or mounting points) on either pair.
They have the original upholstery in good condition with no rips or tears, but they could use re-stuffing.

Any interest in trading? I'd prefer '72 or '73 seats, but '69-71 seats would work OK too. I might put some extra money on the table to make it happen.

Los Angeles area please...I don't think shipping would be worth it.

This pair of pepita seats look like very early seats from a 1964 901/911. They have 6 pleats instead of 5. Very nice find and very rare.

Sorry to disappoint everyone, but I uploaded the wrong photo of my seats! I had saved that photo in the same folder showing how the seats *should* look if reupholstered correctly for a '65. The proper photo of my 5-pleat seats in their current condition is now showing in my original post above.

PM me again if anyone is from the Los Angeles area is interested.

Inside the burlap and the "trampoline" have expired. So has the horsehair along with it.
    Tony can fix it!
