    WTB instrument light socket

Failed VA inspection because the high beam indicator does not work :-( Turns out the light socket in the speedometer is bad (the part the bulb is inserted into) (tried fixing it but needs replaced). Can these be bought new? Or, does anyone have one they would like to sell?

    Many Thanks,

    Chris

Stoddards has them for about 5 bucks with a spade connector on the back side. Just solder a female connector on the wire. Use a little dielectric grease on the bulb holder so it will come out easier. If you haven't replace all your bulbs as they get dim with age. Best wishes.
