"RS" RSR" style thick grip wheel for sale. SOLD

SOLD. 380 mm Thick Grip Leather wheel for sale. Already converted to fit 911. Simply unbolt your old wheel, swap over the parts and reassemble. 15 minutes and done. This wheel has been recovered by the best, Dallas. I did not refinish the painted spokes, they were too nice. A few minor nicks, which have been touched up, but it has nice satin factory finish. Wheel has been double wrapped and covered with new black leather. Stitched with cross stitching on wheel and baseball stitching on the spokes like the factory. Thick grip ~ 3.75" Part no. 914 347 804 11. I have one of these on my 73S and will say that it was the single item that made the car more enjoyable to drive. Simply amazing what a simple change can do to a car. The old wheel made it feel like driving a bus. Now it feels like the sports car it is. Buyer pays shipping and Paypal fees if you use it. Reduced $500.00 SOLD

What did you do to convert it for a 911? I do have '73 RS. Is it any different then the original factory wheel, except the bigger thickness?

    Thanks.

Search the forum, the process for modifying the 914 wheel to fit a 911 is well documented. Very easy to do. Buy me please.
