Wheel/Tire Expert in Wash DC Area

Please help. I'm looking for a wheel/tire expert in the Washington D.C. area to mount and balance new tires on freshly restored 911 Fuchs 6 x 15 deep alloys (1969). Does anyone have a recommendation? I've been told that the wheels must be upside down when mounting the tires. Also, special plastic covers must be used on the holddowns to avoid damaging the alloy wheel.

    Thanks,
    George

I'm sure if you call Intersport or Karosserie, they could either do it for you, or tell you who could. I would also be interested recommendations.

    6x15 deep fuchs mounting

I have just received a set of 911R rims that will need dismounting and mounting as well ,most if not all of my Porsche wheels are done at Radial Tire in
Silver Springs on Brookville Rd 301 587 2740 ask for Allan or Adam ,if you call ahead they can probably schedule a manual (by Hand) mounting if the
equipment present isn't guarded sufficiently...thanks Bert
