My 70T seriously needs a pedal cluster rebuild. They rock slightly and the clutch pedal hangs up on return when the brake is applied until the brake is released.
Can anyone recommend a rebuild service?
Thanks,
Henry

Are you looking to take out the cluster and send it off for rebuild? If so I think most any good shop could do that.

I agree this is not difficult. The only tricky part is driving out the old retaining pin and inserting the new one. If you can be without your car for a week have everything powder coated while it is apart. In a shop I can't imagine them charging more than 2 hours for this but Ed is probably a better judge of this.

You could win or lose...
They're not tough to rebuild agreed, but, getting the pin out will probably be the least of your worries. It may take an hour or it may take a week... It all depends on how the clutch pedal comes off the shaft. I've rebuilt tons of these. The only real issue is the arm.
For the pin, I've developed a method that has worked 100% of the time but it involves air tools. I take a hammer with a pointed bit and get it started. Once it moves, take the proper drift and finish the job. Once the pin is out, you'll know if the pedal will be easy or not. If it moves on the shaft you should be fine. If not, it will probably give you fits. Once the clutch arm is off you're literally home free.
If doing this kind of stuff is not your cup of tea, contact Bruce Stone as I believe he is rebuilding them. 951-536-7478

+1 for Bruce...had a really stubborn pedal cluster that he handled for me, fair price and great work, came back looking better than new

Thanks guys. Bruce is actually listed on The Bird as an unaffiliated source for pedal cluster rebuilds at $150 + core. I had read these can be a real bear, so I chose to outsource it. (FWIW, a friend had recommended another service in CA for what he thought was a similar price. I called the vendor (known for being salty) yesterday - $495 + $100 core charge. OUch!)
Here's a pic of Bruce's work off PP:

$150 is almost free- can't go wrong at that. I would recommend replacing the master cylinder while you're in there if it hasn't been done in a while.
Plus 1 for Bruce. Excellent work.
