    where to buy windshield

    Called the usual suspects regarding windshield replacement for my 73 911 E and came up empty.

    Rather than cold calling until I get lucky can anyone recommend a place that sells windshields for this car. For obvious reasons most providers dont cary them any more.

    When I needed a new tinted windshield, I went to my local dealer (I can not say enough good things about Porsche of the Village here in Cincinnati). They got me one for my 69 912 project. The only bad news was that at the time, the only tinted windshield available had a thin antenna (can only see it if you look closely) buried in the glass.

    Call Margo Hunley, 513 272-7551, at Porsche of the Village parts. She used to work for PCNA parts and is an expert of the first degree. Tell her that I told you to call her.
