ST, or other Aluminum Door Skins

NOS aluminum ST door skins signed by the factory 16-1-70. Skins have the reinforcement pieces for the door handle, not in the picture. Number tags are on the cardboard covering. I have had them for about 10 years. If you have a car and need real doors, here you go. I can bring them to Hershey so that shipping won't be a problem. Both right and left hand doors are included part numbers 911 531 901 00 & 911 531 902 00 $20000.00 All offers will be considered.

The original cardboard packaging adds a lot of credence to these wonderful door skins being original. It's what you want to see on precious old parts.

Raj, could you buy these for me? Thanks ol' buddy!

This thread just makes me laugh, especially the price. Let me understand, once the cardboard and markings are lost the part isnt as valuable? That creates a dilemma indeed.

Yeah, I suppose if one is building a half million dollar historic rallye car, $20k would still seem like a lot of money for NOS aluminum door skins. But, if you absolutely have to have them to complete the car correctly, where else are you going to find them. I would haggle on the price a little.

If on the other hand I was building a driver out of a mid 60s car that I got for $1000.00 or so, then a half million dollar historic rallye car would seem rediculous. $1000 hood badges, $1500 steering wheels, $300 shift knobs, $3000 10k tachs, $5000 seats... it's MA-A-ADNESS I tell ya!! I thought these were supposed to be people kars.
