Yellow color when light is not lit

Is the yellow color behind the lense produced by a yellow colored small bulb, or is the reflector colored. Seems like a lot of yellow color to be produced by a very small bulb that is not lit up? I have a set, do I just get a yellow bulb?

Yes two yellow bulbs on each Cibié bi-iode, they can be removed or added...
