1969 911E front trunk photos needed please

I understand that the MY '69's were different in terms of color etc. inside the front trunk. I have two of them, both have been messed with in there and I'd like to put them back to looking exactly right. Anyone have an original or a properly restored one who would be willing to post a couple of photos for me?
    Thanks, Tim

It'll take a little searching through the threads, but there have been a few trunk area discussions in the past.

There may be something specific to a '69 car in there somewhere
    Good luck.

In 69, excluding the fuel tank, everything is black, up to the lip of the rain gutter. The hood hinges are also black.
The fuel tank should be gray. It should be gray finish over the textured schutz like material whose name escapes me at the moment

How about the 100 liter tank? I believe it is black.

This is my '69E 0053, which Ed Mayo referenced. I have been its caretaker since 2007, Ed has maintained it since he was a young kid.

Thank you Boba! I am going to try to get a photo up of mine - it does seem to look a lot like your photos, although the "Schutz" seems much coarser and the tank is also black. I was puzzled by what appears to be all that smeated contact cement on the sides of the trunk - I'm sure that the felt wasn't glued on - or was it at one time?
This is very helpful as i am about to turn the nice '69 E that the original owner bought in Bonn, Germany in 1969 and unfortunately "80-ized in the '80's including painting it an SC blue metallic - back to Light Ivory - or if I get very brave - paint it a color that I actually like! I'd like to get the trunk cleaned up before I start prepping so I'm not messing around with scrapers, paint remover etc. over a fresh paint job. Leaf green..... would I be committing a crime against the Porsche gods??

Just my .02, it has already had a color change so make it yours. A period correct color would be my choice.
