    anyone have a 65-67 decklid?

I need a decklid for a 66 car. The lid with the center bar below the grille. Would prefer one with holes for the early emblems but open to all. Anyone? Please email me.

ahhh! so the suggestion is to build a plywood crate....

wooden crate? seems a little overkill and weighty.
a good box supplier has heavier duty boxes in all sizes try 42x28x6 and pack well.
there are many super heavy burst boxes for TV's ect.. pricey but worth it
with weird shaped items, I make my own box with the large 4'x8' cardboard sheets ($12 a sheet for standard duty or $26 per sheet for the heavy burst stuff, a little harder to shape, pretty stiff stuff like appliance boxes)

now you're talking. cardboard and a box knife are more in line with my minimum-wage skill level.

by the way, it was not my intent to hijack the thread. it just seems like these deck lids are tough to ship, and since i have one for sale, i wanted to learn the second-level skills.

    thank you.

Where do you buy that stuff? I know our local Staples doesn't have it.
