Anyone know about a black 1972 911S targa with brown interior sold out of Florida

A friend of mine here in Munich is looking at a black 72S targa that someone is selling here in Munich. From what I am told, it has some rust issues. Car has original factory a/c, dark brown interior. Has sugar scoops with H4 bulbs, what looks like deep 6 Fuchs Not shallow 6's). Car needs to be restored. It was shipped over to Germany with a florida plate. Any backround info appreciated.

The best way to find any information about a vehicle is to do a search on this site for the VIN. There are lots of posts here, including many relating to vehicles seen elsewhere, frequently including VINs --- and often descriptions + photos + personal comments

Do the same on Pelican . . . . or GOOGLE your VIN, for that matter. Amazing what shows up, sometimes

You might also consider publishing the VIN here, on this thread . . . then see if anyone comes forward

You might also consider contacting Florida's Dept of Motor Vehicles and find out how to get any registration information that they have, based on the plate that came with the car, plus any other information you might have. You may need to provide some proof-of-ownership to get those records

    Good luck
