How to remove back seats???

I'm in the process of striping out my 68 Targa interior. Pretty straight forward so far, but the rear seats are a puzzle. I vaguely remember seeing a article on their removal somewhere. Does anyone know of the article or have some advise?

Larry,

Slotted screw located on the outside mount. I may help to spray the product of your choice on the bolt/screw from the inside of the fender, as the head on the bolt/screw is not very deep.

I ended up getting a impact screw driver to undo one of mine.

Once they are undone it just a couple of rubber spacers and a plastic spacer.

Hey Larry

I remember that the back seat bottom cushions just pop off. Just be firm while working it up and lift out.
The pivot backs has a bolt readily available.
