    wtb: 73-89 Porsche 911 oil tank

    Looking for an orig oil tank for my 73 911T. I will also considering any orig 73-89 oil tank if the price is lower. I was told that it will fit. Must be in good solid shape. Pls send pix and your asking price to jg329@sbcglobal.net Thanks

    Did you find an oil tank yet? I replaced my '77 2.7L engine with an '87 Carerra and have the '87s oil tank boxed; sitting in my garage. Please reply directly to litning@cox.net (San Diego CA)

    I believe the 73 Tanks are a one year only type tank.
    74-89 are the same.

    I have a 73 oil tank removed from a euro S and I dont know if there are any differences with the ones used for a T or E

    here are 3 different tanks if I remember correctly a 73S on the right 68T in the middle and a 70 T Sporto tank on the end
    the 73 tank is definitely larger and the Sporto has 2 extra outlets
