    Question on Battery box

Currently looking for battery box for 69 project. I once was placed an order from pelicans unfortunately they said they are out of stock. So I take a look at stoddard. They are two different types. First is 901-501-504-00-GRV Battery box, right side. Fits 1965-1973. and second is SIC-501-503-00-GRV Battery Box, Left.Fits 1969 through 1973. The price for SCI is more expensive. From the picture of each battery box, I feel that the shape and details are different. So my question are which one between SCI and 901- is the most correct for 69 car? Is material the same? which one would you guys recommend for restoration project

    Thank you

I think you'll find the one with the SIC number is a repo

Stoddard still has available for both OEM with 901-501-504-00-GRV and repro SCI-501-503-00-GRV. I just have no idea why the price of repro is higher than an OEM genuine porsche. So which types should I go for?

    Thanks

OEM. I think the Stoddard OEM is made by Dansk. They are good quality.
    72S, 72T now ST

Sound like I have to go with the OEM. Better quality at cheaper price than the SCI
