    Bosch Distributor info needed

    I just purchased a distributor being sold as for a 1973 2.4 cis engine.
    I have done a little research and it seems as though it should be 0 231 169 008.
    Can someone tell me what a 0 231 184 004 was used for.

    Almost positive that is for a 2.7 CIS but I'll dig in further.

    Thanks for the information Tom. It looks like I got a distributor for a late 2.7 RS, not a 2.4 cis. I guess I will need to sell it and look for a 0 231 169 008. Any idea what the value is on the 0 231 184 004?

    Although.... I have used a 0231 184 001 in my 72 911T without a problem but the points face the opposite direction.
