    Question Cohline brake line kit

    Hi there!

I recently purchased a Cohline break hard line kit (Dual circut)

After replacing the center tunnel piece I find it beeing approx. 2 cm shorter than the original which seems odd. The problem is that it doesn´t really reach to the rear banjo, it would do with some modification to the banjo´s bracket etc but it woulnd´t look stock and it´s lots of fiddling.

Perhaps I should have bought a couple of meters and done the job myself from start?

    Anyone with similar experience?

My guess is that you'll need to look closely at the rear mounting bracket difference between your 65-66 cars and that for a 69 and up to see what the difference is. Maybe they have a model year break somewhere thereabouts. Any way I've never used their kit so I can't speak from experience. Since I have the correct euro bubble flare tool I would have just made my own.

    Thank you very much Edmayo!

I believe your guess is spot on! I forgot to consider the "fits all" dilemma..

Lets see how I´ll deal with it, tweak the bracket or just make my own one.
