    FS: Scheel Sport Seat

For sale, a Scheel Drivers side sport seat. I've looked and looked for a passenger seat to match this one and have finally admitted defeat.....

Very good original condition. The foam is firm yet supple, not broken down at all. All original upholstery. No tears or holes in the cord. The only real area of concern in the vinyl is two small splits next to the inboard hinge. A little dusty from storage but, a little vinyl cleaner and a light steam clean would make it an excellent period touch.

I have additional pictures I can email upon request.

$600 shipped in CONUS from area code 95003. SOLD

The only trade I would consider is a Scheel passenger sport seat in like condition and period. Would be nice to get one to pair with my driver's side Scheel bucket.

Do you know the name of this seat? Very nice seat, supportive, comfortable, and period correct. Buyer would be very happy!!! GLWTS, Michael.

    Here is my soon-to-be-recovered set.

Andy, I've not been able to figure out the model number... There is a similar seat with slightly different hinge covers and do not have the round adjuster knob. I think those were BMW optional.

Hey, are your seats handed for the recliner mechanism?

For those that care, this is the most similar I've seen so mine might be an early 500 but, the profile of the upper bolsters is slightly different.

    Hi, these are Scheel 20x
So they are 200 series and the last digit tells whether they are folding or not.
Whether the recliner mechanism is lever or knob is depending on the year they were produced.
If they still have the plate on them you can check with the location.
    Stuttgart until ~71/72
    Karlsfeld until ~78
    Ditzingen ~78-
Also difficult to tell when Scheel/ASS split into Scheelmann/ASS I need to do more research
    Cheers

    Great info Uli thanks!

Also seem to be a supplied seat for Euro Ford Escorts. I've been able to broaden my search!
