    Very low mileage 73.5T

Not mine, and I have not yet seen the car, but I know the dealer very well and he is a straight shooter - he gets a lot of exotics from private collectors.

He tells me that this has documented 30,000 miles, and is all original except for one older repaint in the original Signal Yellow, but no bodywork ever, and tensioners were added.
Apparently all the original window stickers are still in place, even the long one that tells you about shift patterns, etc., and of course, it has its books and tools, and original radio.
Car was kept in a private collection, in a carcoon. Since acquiring it, Jeff has had it fully inspected and serviced, replacing things like hood shocks. He has ordered the COA and will be wet-sanding the paint to bring up the colour.
Looks nice and rare in this condition - price is CDN$65k firm.

    Car is in Toronto.

Looks like Light Yellow, not Signal, and though the photos are small, the door gaps look wonky on both sides. Beautiful interior.

Anyone else think the carpets have a lot of wear for the claimed mileage

Very nice car. The dealer is a nice guy but is normally overpriced and while they say 'firm' on the pricing of all their cars, they don't mean it. That said, I would love to see nice early 911T targas selling for $65K.

You also have to keep in mind that prices in Canada are normally 15%-25% higher than the U.S., especially Toronto asking prices.
