    Steering wheel spacer ??

I'm familiar with the Momo "accordeon" spacer/ hub, and I may go that route if I decide to buy a Momo wheel, but I was wondering if there is anything that lets you retain the stock steering wheel and push it out an inch or 2 towards the driver (and away from the dash). The car is a 72 if it matters... Thanks !
