    WTT: 2005 996 GT3 for 1967-1972 911

    GT3 IS SOLD!

    Hi All

Well, I tasted the Kool-Aid and now I am in ... GT3 IS SOLD!

I am looking to trade my very well maintained 996 GT3 for a 1967 to 1972 911 coupe. Will consider trades up, down, or sideways for the right car. Originality not of key importance, I like R-Gruppe type details and mods.

    Some info on my car:

Link to the listing from RAC in Texas where I bought the car:

    http://inventory.racperformance.com/...-Texas/705579/

Two items to note that are different from RAC listing:
    1. FABSPEED headers and mufflers and tips installed for approximately $5000.00 (gives slightly more aggressive exhaust note and about 10hp over stock of 385hp bringing it to 395hp)
    2. Mileage as she sits 5/26/2012: 30,100

I value the car at $60,000.

    Sweeeeeeeet.
How's a 2 owner, 1970 Silver T coupe with rebuilt, matching number motor sound? S deco/brake package and fac sport seats. Unfortunately it's not a Sportomatic.

04/05 GT3 is one of the few cars I would trade for.

Keep the GT3 Theo or sell it for the 55 grand then look for an early car. See you soon.

Having owned several GT3's and many longhoods, I agree with Rennman. Love my longhood, but don't think I could be without a GT3. Just my 2 cents.

My '65 is far more exciting at 90mph through the twisties than my RS4.0 is at 130mph through those same turns !

But like women, I love'em both the same for different reasons !
