I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me with that very question, Withers. I'm not sure whether it should have the tube light running through the center, the symbol printed on the knob, or just be plain. I'm looking forward to getting the fog lights on, though. They came from Auto Foreign Services in Seattle ("Soterik" here on the forum), along with the horn grilles and brackets for mounting.
    Thanks,
    Chris

The third from the left is for US cars - this is correct if knobs on your other switches have rubber grip with logo on lens

The last one in this photo is a two stage defroster switch for Euro - ROW (rest of world) cars - this type of knob is similar throughout for other switches, the only difference is the end of the light rod is painted different colors depending on the function. If you have these switches then you will want to find a similar one for the fog switch.

The first two are a SWB hazard switch

the fourth one may be a US single stage switch with the rubber surround removed.
