    Smile Horn problem 1973.5 targa

    Hi,

    I recently bought a porsche 911 targa 1973.5.
There is only one single snail horn installed with a poor sound.
My car has the S group/appearance group option. Does anyone know a configuration of a 1973.5 targa with two snail horns or a single snail horn? Does anyone know, where the second snail horn was attached? Where they mounted to the same attachement?
I read in some other threads, there should be two trumpet horns installed originally. But i cannot find any attachments for the trumpet horns.
Please excuse my English. I am a German member of the forum.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Thomas, you should have two. They both mount on the left side but not on the same bracket. Some ROW spec cars had snail horns from new. My Italian 73S has snail from new. SS

    Hi Steve,

Tanks for your prompt answer. This forum is great. So there should be two brackets, correct? Are both brackets on the battery box? I found one bracket on the battery box (facing towards the wheel). Where do I find the second bracket? Also on the battery box?
