For Sale: This Blaupunkt New Yorker radio was removed from a 1967 Porsche 911. This radio would be correct for the 1965 1966 1967 & 1968 Porsche 911 & 912 models. It will also fit in the dash of a 356. The radio is 12v or 6V. It is currently set for 12V. This is a 3-band radio with AM - SW - FM Bands. The radio has the chrome push buttons with AM AM SW FM FM on the ends of the 5 push buttons. This is the top of the line radio from Blaupunkt during this period. This is a signal seeker radio -- when you push the tuning knob in, the radio changes to the next station on the dial. There is a 2 position sensitivity setting for seeking only local stations with very good reception or all stations with any reception. The chrome is really nice. The dial face is very nice. The radio will look very good in a car. The chrome trim ring around the dial has very nice chrome. The radio powers up and there is sound from the speaker but no stations come in. It does turn on and off properly and the tuning knob and push buttons work properly. It should be repairable. I don't have the knobs. Price is $279.95 + reasonable shipping.
