    WTB Al Bauer Porsche dealer plate frame from Oakland CA.

    Hello,
    If anyone has any leads, I am looking for an Al Bauer Porsche license plate frame. They were the local dealer in the 70's located in Oakland California.....Thanks

    Well, after speaking to the nice people up at Al Bauer, it turns out they were never a dealer, and that the car must have sold new from Martin-Johnson Porsche in Oakland. So I am now looking for a Martin-Johnson plate frame from 1971 or about that time period. Any leads would be appreciated. Al Bauer does still make a plate frame for their repair shop, and were happy to get me one. Nice bunch of people...thanks Steve
