Long, Low-Tone Banjo Horns and PMB Oil Cap Fins

I have 3 Long, low-tone Banjo Horns. All of them are in nice shape, no cracks or anything like that...but, none of them honk?? Internally, doesn't appear that anything is shorted, although, I am not electronically proficient at all. Maybe someone can get them to work or swap out some good guts??

    $85 each shipped

Also have 2 PMB Performance Blau oil cap fins, brand new, just never used them...

    $30 each shipped
