Porsche auction in Nebraska, incl. complete Solex engine

    http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...e-auction.html

Saw this over on Pelican. A sad reason but a lot of interesting things among the stash. A complete Solex equipped engine is hard to find these days.

Spoken with another local here in Lincoln about the auction. I knew this facility was there but while I have seen P cars there once in a while I was used to seeing more VW's. Any way there will be a couple of the local guys there to see what else he had.
I am also friends with the Auctioneer Company Owner and could probably talk him into letting me in early to inspect/snoop around so if you want me to look at something or take a few pics let me know and I will see what I can do.
