I think that car was sold to HBrand in an EBay auction of John Small's from Sheridan, WY. Interesting bidding went on with that car.

What fantastic paint job! Is Earl Scheib still offering "$99.99 paint-jobs while you wait"? I like yellow but not on every part of the car... ;-)

Well, I got a charming email from John. I must have remembered correctly.

What I can never understand is how gauges get that rusty. Nice cracked replacement dash, though!

It's called condensation:Water vapors form on the edges of the cluster usually when windows left open or even partially open. Typical in areas where precipitation happens more than SoCal.

To me, It looks pretty much in the same condition as when George bought it off John's (sproketz911) EBay auction. 14.5 k in January.

This car seems to be pretty much what I am looking for. I asked for some specific photos and info and never got a reply.
If anyone has any more info on the car I would love to hear it, either here or PM me.
I do not want to waste my time to go look at a rust bucket.
    Thanks, Rich
