Rear Toe Out and positive Rear Camber on 67 911

    Hello all,

I tried to search who checks banana arms, as I must have a bent one. I have positive 2.5 degrees camber and cannot adjust to 2 degrees positive. That is 4.5 degrees difference, and I have 3/4" toe out on the passenger side, and I cannot adjust it to 0"

I have installed Elephant polybronze bushings, and 27mm rear torsion bars.

    Can anyone offer any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance, Tom

Did it have these dimensions before you installed the bushings?

Dunno, as the car was purchased in 1977, and it took me until this long to start the restoration. I began about four years ago.
    Thanks for the response, Tom

Then I'd agree, it is probably bent. Of course the best fix is to find someone that has the factory fixture for checking arm straightness. Barring that the crude way would be to rebend it to where you need it by heating with a torch and with long lever arms bolted to the bearing flange bend it back. Hopefully someone will jump in here that knows of a fixture.
