Hereīs my two cents.
In Sweden, they can be found quite cheap compared to the prices Iīve seen on ebay etc. From $300 to $500
I donīt know to much about them but there seems to be one type with metal casing and one with some kind of plastic? Yours looks like a early, metal one?
This guy should know more!

Haldaman (Martin Jubb) has passed away at least a year ago.
I think your estimate of $300-$500 is pretty good. I personally would think $300-$400, $500-$550 for a nice one. So if you want to restore it, you have to strip it, get the decals and it takes you about 1/2 day.
BTW I think the current "guru" is Belmog in Belgium. There is also Willi Potjans in Germany, but he does it on the side.

The older metal cases are more valuable, especially the "Twinmaster". You'll eventually need the correct cogs and "T" gear drive also. Great period piece.

I will most likely sell as is as I don't want to try to restore something I don't know enough about . We'll eBay it next week and see what happenes
