1972 911T 3.0 hot rod in DC metro

It's got a 1979 3.0 liter with CIS, starts right up, hot or cold. It has SSI's and an M&K 911R muffler on it. Superlite 15x6's all around with toyo 195/65's.It's got RS front and rear in fiberglass. It has been aligned and corner balanced. It has a new battery.

I bought it from a forum member in NJ about a year ago. Prior to that, previous owners were all on the west coast, LA, Seattle, SF. The car appears black, it is actually midnight blue, with black recaro Classic C's in leather. Very light tint on the windows. Odometer reads 36,500, must be 136,500. PPI showed even compression on all 6 cylinders, 150, 148, 150, 150, 148, 148.

This car is fast, comfortable, handles great, really needs nothing but a new home. I am only selling it because I got bitten by the turbo bug and picked up a 930. There are some scuffs in the paint and a few rock chips and general patina, but overall it is a nice car to drive and enjoy.

The original color was Albert Blue.

Car is located in Alexandria, VA

I have a set of flat 6 Fuchs that are in nice condition for the car now. I don't have them on yet, but I will update with new pics later this week when I get the wheels swapped.

E: Added a few more pics further down

    Car is sold.

What do I know of this one..... Past owner of this car was a fussy fellow..... Experienced a very fast and unforgetable ride down a closed off PCH in it w/ Lee, Baron, Reza, Rob, Danny, Adam chasing behind ...... the car sipped fuel like an economy car.... given today's market a lot of car for the money....

I would think that this is a pretty good buy. An engine pull and some detailing would go a long way...

Seconded. I know I couldn't keep up with it. The car has a lot to like and a price to match. Good luck with the sale.

The car needs to find a new home. Let's make a deal.
