Its been my experience that when an add is placed in this manner there are too many hoops to jump through and the last hoop is usually lit on fire......seems that a legitimate owner/seller would post photos, give an accurate description and an approximate price they looking for. the end.

The car was originally listed a few weeks ago with no price (per my memory), but same craigslist area. I sent them an email but received no reply, so I assume it was sold. Seeing this new ad makes me think that somebody woke them up to the potential pricing of the car, and they are fishing...

Odd way to advertise a car for sure, but sounds like it could be possibly legit. Or maybe I am just a trusting person. I have been through Kingman, AZ and there ain't a lot there. One of our members from AZ should "swing by" and see the car in person (if, in fact, there is a car at all).

Most any serious seller will list their contact number.

Kingman is damn near the half-way point on my treks to the coast. Only thing worth stopping for is gas & In/out Burger. Now a 64 911....hmmm.

I've answered that ad both times it appeared, no response either time. Can't help but wonder if I'm feeding a troll.

Maybe it's the same person with the $16 million 911T on eBay...
