Smile WTB: 1967 911s soft window targa

After a couple months of soul searching (and before I possibly embark into a non-911 Porsche project) I would like to own a A+ 1967 911S soft window.

I'm looking for a matching-number, original color, concours condition (restored or unrestored, but all original) example in either Bahama yellow, Teal green, Light Ivory, Ivory, or Aga Blue.

I'm not looking to do any work on it, so searching for an example in perfect to near-perfect condition.

    Thanks,

It really depends on the condition of the car. I never believed you could purchase a great car cheaply.

I've seen a lot of A- or B++ cars listed at above 100.000 dollars. I'm not afraid to pay a high price but the car needs to be in really top condition.

Well, I guess mine's out... Polo red. That's one of my former cars pictured, the aga blue one. I'll have a silver one for sale, but it won't be done for a couple of "years", too many cars ahead of it!

Good luck in your search, happy to discuss ones you find.

    cheers,
    E

I sold the Bahama Yellow one two years ago. I just resold it this week. Shoot. You missed it by a few days. Send me an email to paul@autokennel and I'll keep you posted if it pops up again.

    Good luck

PS the recent owner employed the help of the Paterek Brothers. They went even more nuts on the details. We estimate close to $190k invested in this car.

the 67 SWT at Richard Sloan has been around for years at 150K.Maybe Ric C or someone in the northeast could comment on it.Always liked the car,but did seem pricey when it came on the market.Aga Blue is really cool. TFM

Just a Note : The engine won't change the experience of a SWB , SWT. They are a classic touring Porsche, purpose built for SoCal Hwys.

    Good luck !
