The car is for sale in the UK with the same pictures as when sold by Vintage Excellence, almost no info in the ad and the price is less than half of what the car sold for for less than a year ago(?)..

Not saying it is a fraud but it smells fishy..

A year ago 15400 euro was USD21,868. Does seem cheap compared to the 912s he currently lists. You think it's someone posting a fake ad using his old pictures ?

Using old pictures always raises a red flag.

This car has appeared on EBay before and has always looked far to cheap.

I don't really understand why it hasn't sold and what is the issue.

I think this is the third time.

I think you miss the point Chris. It is being listed fraudulantly be someone that stole the photos. The price for the sale is way to low. If I'm not mistaken, this car just sold on EBay (The first and only time it was on EBay) in the high thirties. Fair money for the car.
