1971 911S 2.2 MFI Engine Bay Fuse box question

I have a 1971 911S with 2.2 and MFI all original. There is a 3 fuse fusebox on the left rear of the engine compartment. Does anyone know quickly, what the top fuse is connected to? And if it should energize when the ignition switch is turnd on? Needless to say, it is not energizing with the switch on, and I don't recall if it should. Also, is this fuse supplied via another fuse from the front? Item 10 in the below diagram, top fuse. Thanks Allan

    Greetings,
I believe that the top fuse is energized when the ignition switch is on and that the circuit is fused with fuse 7 or 8 on the 10 position fuse block in the front. I've provided a link to decent wiring diagrams, located on the Pelican website, to help verify the wiring. I hope that this helps.

I'm down in Monterey for the Historics and don't have my diagrams, but the three are for: rear window defogger, rear wiper, and MFI speed control...or something for the MFI....T cars only had a two fuse box.
