ID Help for Vintage Personal Shift Knob..

While going through some stuff in one of my storage's, I re-found this little jewel

it isn't a good fit for my Toad Hall, but maybe for the 914-6 or a buddy's 69 E.

Anyone remember this style, I have never seen a Crest like this..

I've got a horn button like that stashed somewhere. Personal/Nardi made those for a few years - maybe it was a copyright thing. I also have the same knob with a more traditional crest on my '67, but I'm pretty sure it's 80's manufacture.
