    H4 wiring question

I have three wires in my factory socket, and I swapped over to H4s from Pelican. My headlights on low beam are very dim, my brights are excellent. Reading some posts, it's possible I have my ground on the wrong terminal, but before I remove the PITA H4 housings, I thought I'd seek verification.

I have three wires: white, yellow, and brown. As I understand it, the white is the low beam, yellow is the high beam, and the brown is the ground.

Now the new H4 socket has three terminals, two vertical and one horizontal. Looking at it with the horizontal one on top, I wired the white to the left, yellow to the horizontal on top, and the brown to the right. After reading some, it's possible I need to swap the white and the brown? Can I get a confirmation on this?

    POS,

h4 are current hogs. maybe it would be nice to relay both lights. ground makes a big difference . i ground out the buttom pin.. drill a small hole in the buckets..and ground there..it will make a difference..

This is all I could find at the moment. This is shown with relays, but the wire colors appear correct.

Yeah, I did find out about the relay add-on in my readings. If I wired correctly, then this is what I'll have to do. However, in your diagram above, I have the white and the brown switched. I haven't driven the Porsche much in the dark lately, so I'll do the dual relays and fix my swapped wires all at the same time. Thanks.
