If you need the front vent window glass, PM me with your email. I should have them.

It's the main glass that goes up and down that I need.
I don't think that glass is SWB specific. As I recall any 911 up to 1976 should fit spot on.
Currently:
67 3.6 Rocket "Silver"
62 T6 Outlaw Coupe "ole Yellow"
65 F100 Custom Cab Flairside Shortbed
Gone but not forgotten in last 2 years:
67S Concours King
67 912 Vintage Racer
68 912 Flipper
83 911SC
93 Mo30 968
too many cars before that
Early S Registry # 787
R Gruppe # 551

The early glass does have a different part number?
I have been told that the early SWB glass has a smaller Sekurit logo than the later glass. I have not confirmed this myself. Other than that, I do not know of any differences.

Can't argue with that, just seems odd that both of the sources (Autoatlanta and Sierra Madre) that list the door glass show the early glass as a separate part number and price.
I assume you will be getting the early glass without the metal slider attached to the bottom. Note that the SWB sliders are slightly different than the LWB sliders and they also mount to the bottom of the glass in slightly different positions. If you are mounting the sliders (easy to do...they come off your old windows with a little heat and go on the new glass with silicon) be sure to copy the mounting position exactly from your old windows. If you mount them in the wrong position or try to use LWB sliders you will not be able to roll the window all the way up without the regulator plastic pins that fit in the sliders popping out. b.t.w. Unless you are concerned about part numbers and logos both SWB glass and LWB glass will work in a SWB car as long as the proper SWB sliders are used and positioned correctly when mounted. Last...if you are assembling this car from parts that didn't come on the car also note that the window regulators on the LWB cars are slightly different than the regulators on the SWB cars. It can really get confusing because both will bolt into the door. The key is to be sure to not mix and match these parts. SWB sliders and SWB regulators go together and work. LWB sliders and LWB regulators work together. Good luck.
