67' Wiper Arm Park Location?

I'm restoring a 67' "euro" 911S vin 306438S. The wiper arms park on the driver's side. As far as I can tell, the motor assembly has not been removed and/or altered. Is it possible that some "euro" cars were configured this way? I know of another "euro" 67' that was this way also.
If this is the way the Factory built it, that's the way I want to keep it.

The wiper "park" position is easily changed by removing the arm connecting the linkages from the motor, rotating it so the wipers
park on the opposite side, then re-attaching it. 1965-'67 wipers park on the right so they were probably changed at some point...
the wiper arms might have been too. The right arm is angled up slightly, the left is angled down so the wiper is parallel to the cowl.
