Red face Help with Quarter window trim

    Hi all,
I am putting back together my 1966 911# 304014. I bought the rubber from Stoddard. The pieces they sent look like they should go in the quarter window body hole.. I don't see how they can work. On other 66/67 cars I have not seen this rubber gasket.
Maybe they sent me a fixed window rubber. Is there any rubber in the body itself or just the chrome lower piece and the upper piece and then the window frame rubber that just seals against the chrome and body.
I also need the rubber that goes in the chrome window frame.
Any ideas where I can buy this..
Also where can I buy the Top inside black trim piece that goes between the window frame and the body/headliner.
    Any photos would help.
    Thanks

Are you talking about the front opening quarter window, or the rear opening quarter window? Pictures help! IF, you're meaning the REAR opening quarter window then ALL the rubber goes ON the window, none is installed to the body. All of this rubber is available through Porsche, and that's what I'd suggest you use. Stoddard should have such, DO NOT attempt to use aftermarket rubber.

Does this end of the quarter window gasket go up or down?

Just saw another thread that shows "the triangle" going down? Odd since the small cut-out for the window latch doesn't correspond with it going this way.

The angle cut is towards the top, and fits in under the door seal rubber.
